Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations may be made by You or by Marslink Technologies Private Limited.
Our cancellation:
Order cancellation is at the discretion of Digitalnexuz. The following list (which is not all-inclusive) includes a few of the cancellation reasons:
noncompliance with any of the terms.
the seller is unable to provide the product.
technical problems or mistakes.
issues found by the credit and fraud prevention division of Digitalnexuz.
the order data include an invalid address.
to place the order, malpractice is employed.
for commercial resale, a bulk order is placed.
the same product is ordered more than once at the same address.
order is still not delivered after three tries.
the bank rejects the emi offer.
not picking up the order from the partner store in the allotted time.
For whatever reason, Digitalnexuz retains the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any order. You will be informed by email or SMS at the email address or cell phone number you provide Digitalnexuz upon such cancellation.
Cancellation by You:
Any cause may be given for an order cancellation, but it must be done before the product is shipped out for delivery. Thereafter, cancellation is not allowed.
If you've ordered more than one product, you can cancel all or portions of the order. You can accomplish this by contacting the Customer Care Team by phone or email, or you can use the "my orders" portion of your account on the website or app. You ought to explain why the cancellation occurred. The cancellation request will be handled by Digitalnexuz in accordance with the current policy.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS at the email address or cell phone number you gave Digitalnexuz if your order cancellation was successful.
For any reason, Digitalnexuz retains the right to approve or disapprove requests to cancel orders. You accept that Digitalnexuz shall not be responsible for any order cancellations that are denied.
If your canceled orders are approved in line with the refund policy, you will be refunded.
